In which countries is the Print+ offer available?

The offer is available everywhere except in the USA and in the French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM). Therefore, unfortunately, DOM-TOM and the USA cannot subscribe to it. 😕 ✈️ 🗺️
