Part of my order is missing, what should I do?

If you've ordered multiple products, not to worry! Due to size and production time constraints, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

Basically, production times vary depending on the selected products. Each product has its own production line to prevent orders from being mixed up due to human error. The fact that each product is directly packed and sent is the best way for us to uphold a high standard of quality.

As soon as your order arrives at the lab, it is produced, packaged, and then sent directly. The lab does not keep any stock.

Packaging and labeling are done manually.

So once a product is ready, it is automatically sent so that you receive it as soon as possible!

We know it's not the best for our dear planet, but we're always looking for better solutions for the future!
