I already paid but I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder and the 'My Orders' tab in your app.

If you don't see any emails from us or if your order doesn't appear with the status 'Confirmed' or 'In Progress', please contact us using the contact form in your app, including all the information about your order (payment date, order amount, product ordered, delivery address).

Please also provide us with the email address associated with your Lalalab account, and if possible, proof of payment (such as a copy of a bank statement) so that we can locate your payment.
