Start by checking your inbox's spam folder and the 'My Orders' tab in the app.
If you do not see an email from us, or your in-app order status is not 'Validated" or 'In Process', contact us via the contact form in your app with all relevant information about your order (payment date, order amount, product ordered, delivery address).
Please also provide the email address associated with your LALALAB account and, if possible, proof of payment (from a bank statement for example) so we can find the transaction.
